#5 Conscientiousness

Depending upon which exact description you use, it could be that most people fit this category. An extrovert doesn’t necessarily have to be the one dancing on the table and trying to maintain the center of attention. Often, you can notice a male extrovert because they have a very firm handshake and they like the feeling of being in control.
Extroverts thrive in social situations and, unlike an introvert, get energy from them. The downside is, of course, that often they may be viewed as seeking attention for the sake of it or even domineering.
These are the guys and girls we want on our side. They’re kind and considerate and all about the wellness of the overall group. Sometimes, however, we may think them naïve and perhaps wish that they’d be more assertive.
People who fit in to this category are the ones who you can depend upon. They are well-organized and all of that other good stuff that goes with it, however, sometimes you might here people say that they’re a bit too rigid or that they don’t know how to have fun.
Either that, or perhaps worse, they are just plain old stubborn and obsessive. The good news though, is that spending time with people who fit this description will more than likely see you adopt some of their good habits and become better organized yourself.
