The fact that whoever made up this sign felt like it was necessary is disturbing, either because they figure that a normal and reasonable person might, or because some weirdo has done it before and the people in the shop wanted to warn them off doing it again.

Yeah, because I am prepared to be rectally impaled in order to get the rest I need. I’m totally prepared to risk death and the need for extensive surgery for the sake of a few moments of relaxation. Definitely.

It’s not like this sign is lying to anybody or anything, it’s just that it’s not telling us anything we wouldn’t have been able to figure out ourselves (assuming we have an IQ beyond our shoe size). Then again, if you get caught in a flood and nobody told you that it was possible, you can probably sue somebody, right?
